RFI for Data and AI Mission Expert Services - Sources Sought

The Department of the Air Force Chief Data and Artificial Intelligence Officer is issuing this Request for Information to conduct market intelligence for potential Data and AI Mission Expert Services IDIQ support services. The buyer requires capability statements and industry feedback on its proposed acquisition strategy to assist with early acquisition planning. Work will be performed onsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore United States organizations. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement of up to 15 pages that addresses technical approach, past performance, and a timeline for obtaining the required skill set. Submissions must also include the company's CAGE code, Unique Entity ID, and size standard, and should be emailed to primary point of contact David Warner by November 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST.
