RFI for a Weight-Based Inventory Management System Brand Name or Equal to PAR Excellence

The VA Phoenix Healthcare System is issuing a Sources Sought Notice and Request for Information to identify qualified sources capable of providing and installing a fully automated, weight-based inventory management system. The system must be brand name or equal to PAR Excellence and will be used to maintain real-time inventory visibility of medical and surgical supplies. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to respond. The system requires an HL7 interface communicating with the VA VistA system, an approved VA Information Technology Authority to Operate at the time of offer, and full installation completed within 400 days of contract award.
