Des Moines Water Works is issuing a Request for Qualifications to identify qualified law firms capable of providing legal services for its frozen governmental defined benefit pension plan and IRC 457(b) deferred compensation plan. The selected vendor will deliver ongoing legal monitoring, compliance analysis, plan document review and revision, and general counsel advisory support for an initial term of three years. Work will be performed offsite for the authority located in Des Moines, Iowa.
