Pittsylvania County Professional Consulting Services for Brownfields Grant RFP

Pittsylvania County is seeking professional consulting services for a Brownfields Grant under RFP# 20261022. The required scope includes grant writing, property identification and inventory, site characterization and assessment, community involvement assistance, cleanup and development planning, cleanup and remediation activities, and grant administration. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations, with work performed onsite or offsite. Proposals must be submitted by November 17, 2026, no later than 2:00 PM. Submissions will be evaluated based on experience and technical capabilities (30 points), plan reasonableness (30 points), capacity for timely performance (15 points), federal/EPA grant experience (15 points), and references (10 points).
