Request for Supplier Qualifications for Ontario Offsite Legal and Investigative Services

The government authority in Ontario requires legal and investigative services to be performed offsite as required by the Board. Eligible bidders must be Canadian onshore organizations. Before an award can be made, selected respondents must demonstrate good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and maintain both Errors and Omissions Liability Insurance of at least $2,000,000 and Commercial General Liability Insurance naming the Board as an additional insured. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by November 6, 2026. Final responses are due by November 17, 2026, at 4:00 pm local time via the Bonfire Portal. Proposals must include a completed Submission Form, Reference Form, Appendix E Pricing Form with all-inclusive hourly billable rates in Canadian funds, and a redacted sample investigation report for Category A applicants. Evaluation involves mandatory submission requirements, minimum technical criteria, rated criteria, and pricing scored out of 20 points from a total 100-point scale.
