RFI for Next Generation Automatic Test System - Sources Sought

The United States Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center, Automated Test Equipment Branch is conducting market research to identify potential sources for software support services for the Next Generation Automatic Test System platform. The selected vendor must provide sustaining engineering and technical support services for system software enhancements, bug fixes, patches, and develop the Common Operator Test Environment for Visual Studio 2017. These recurring updates maintain operational readiness and enable off-platform diagnostic testing and fault isolation for electrical weapon systems. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations operating onshore. Work performance will occur offsite, and non-U.S. citizen employees must be lawfully admitted and employed. The contract period spans one year, and the buyer is currently seeking proposals. Contractors must comply with specific cyber incident reporting, data protection, and security requirements, including returning signed Certificates of Non-Disclosure for all assigned personnel within 30 calendar days of task award.
