Alcoholic Beverages Services at Concerts and Other Scheduled Events

Allegheny County's Department of Special Events requires a vendor to provide and serve wine and beer during summer concerts and other scheduled events in Pennsylvania. The concerts take place on Friday and Sunday evenings from June through Labor Day, serving an estimated 200,000 total attendees. Offsite performance is required by onshore USA organizations. Bidders must submit all questions by November 16, 2026. Proposals must include completed MWDBE forms demonstrating a good faith effort to meet participation goals of 13% minority and 2% women business enterprises, or include an official waiver request.
