City of Bella Vista Municipal Building Division Services Statement of Qualifications

The City of Bella Vista is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide third-party municipal building division services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work encompasses permit intake, application review, plan review for residential and commercial construction, field inspections, code enforcement, permit-fee administration, document retention, and staffing continuity. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA-based firms with relevant experience and necessary licensing, insurance, and financial capacity to perform the work onsite. The contract period will run for one year. Applicants must submit three paper copies and one identical PDF copy on a labeled zip drive in a sealed envelope to Receiving Agent Roger Gier. Submissions are due by 9 a.m. Local Time on Monday, November 9, 2026.
