Conflict Tax Appeal Attorney Services for the Borough of Roseland

The Borough of Roseland is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to provide conflict tax appeal attorney services for 2027. The selected attorney will defend claims assigned by the Borough Council, represent the Borough at county tax board and New Jersey tax court proceedings, attend meetings with the tax assessor, and provide written legal opinions on real property tax appeal matters. Applicants must be onshore US organizations. Applicants must submit one original and one digital copy via flash drive or CD to the Qualified Purchasing Agent by November 5, 2026, at 10:30 AM local prevailing time. Submissions can be delivered via mail, dropped in the municipal building drop box, or submitted digitally.
