Borough of Roseland Request for Qualifications for 2027 Special Litigation Attorney Services

The Borough of Roseland is requesting qualifications for a Special Litigation Attorney to provide professional legal services for 2027. The selected attorney will file and defend claims assigned by the Mayor and Council, interact with the Borough's Administration on legal issues, and coordinate with the Borough's insurance carrier regarding liability matters. Eligible USA-based applicants must maintain required New Jersey business registrations, statutory Workers' Compensation, and Professional Liability Insurance with minimum limits of $1 million per claim and $2 million aggregate. Applicants must submit one original signed proposal and one digital copy on a flash drive or CD by Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 10:30 AM local time. Submissions can be mailed or hand-delivered to the Qualified Purchasing Agent or placed in the municipal building drop box. All submitted documents and required forms must contain original ink signatures or proper notarization where indicated.
