Downtown Davenport Pedestrian Wayfinding System Planning and Design Services

The Downtown Davenport Partnership is seeking proposals from qualified wayfinding, environmental graphic design, and urban design consulting firms to develop a comprehensive pedestrian wayfinding system for Downtown Davenport, Iowa. The selected consultant will lead the project from initial analysis and planning through graphic design, documentation, bid-ready design-intent drawings, cost estimates, and fabrication and implementation support. Only USA-based onshore organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this project. Proposals must be submitted electronically as a single PDF to [email protected] by November 13. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing to Alisha Espey by October 30, with responses issued on November 4. Submissions will be evaluated based on relevant experience and work sample quality (30%), project approach and methodology (25%), implementation and fabrication documentation expertise (20%), project management and team (15%), and fee structure and value (10%). Applicants must submit a detailed fee proposal broken down by project phase.
