Fleet Fuel Card and Fuel Management Services

The City of Oakland Public Works Department, Equipment Services Division, requires a contractor to provide comprehensive fleet fuel card and fuel management services. The requested scope includes physical and digital fuel cards, account management, fraud detection, 24/7 retail fuel availability, online administrative portals, electronic invoicing, tax exemption administration, and emergency fueling support.
