Lane County Retirement Plan Administration and Record Keeping Services

Lane County is soliciting proposals from qualified onshore USA organizations to provide retirement plan administration, record keeping, education, communications, investment-related, and other services for its 457 Deferred Compensation Plans and 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan. The scope includes integrated administration and reporting, participant education, online transaction capabilities, alternative pricing evaluations, expense reductions, automated services, and asset transitions. Work will be performed offsite. Interested parties must email County Consultants Audrey White and Matt Morganroth to obtain the solicitation documents by November 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time. Final proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online by November 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time.
