Environmental cleanup and soil excavation services at South Pointe in Stockton

The City of Stockton requires environmental cleanup services at South Pointe in California. The scope of work includes site mobilization, surveying, locating utilities, securing the site, acquiring contractor-assigned permits, removing an approximately 3,000-cubic-yard stockpile, and excavating soil across western and central areas. The selected vendor must provide safe excavation slopes and benching, coordinate waste characterization and facility acceptance, segregate and secure soil, and haul materials using authorized transporters to permitted facilities. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations with Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration and a valid contractor license. A non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting and job walk will take place on October 27, 2026, and questions are due by October 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM PST.
