Gulf Coast Water Authority Janitorial Facilities Maintenance Services Project FMP2027-01

The Gulf Coast Water Authority seeks a vendor to provide janitorial services for its facilities in Texas under Project No. FMP2027-01. The scope of work includes cleaning glass, doors, and countertops, emptying waste containers, dusting, vacuuming carpeted areas, cleaning and damp mopping hard floors, and disinfecting telephones and appliances. Eligible offerors must be onshore US organizations with at least five years of corporate history.
