Commercial Real Estate Broker Services for City of Lake Oswego Library Site

The City of Lake Oswego seeks proposals from qualified and experienced commercial real estate brokers for a library site. Applicants must be onshore USA organizations to be eligible for this offsite work. Interested proposers must attend a mandatory in-person pre-proposal conference at 9:00 a.m. PST on October 26, 2026, at the Lake Oswego Public Library Meeting Room. Questions regarding the RFP documents must be submitted via email to Melissa Kelly, Library Director, by 4:30 p.m. PST on October 28, 2026. Proposers must submit one paper copy and an electronic copy on a USB drive to Melissa Kelly at 706 Fourth Street, Lake Oswego, OR 97034. All proposals must be received before the closing deadline of 4:30 p.m. PST on Friday, November 6, 2026.
