State of Michigan Environmental Health Applications Maintenance, Support, and Enhancement Services

The State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for maintenance, support, and enhancement services across five state-owned environmental health applications: MICLEAR, MICARD, MICLPS, MITOX, and STaRR. The selected vendor must provide all necessary hardware, software, internet connectivity, and network access to perform offsite support, break/fix services, system enhancements, application scanning, data security, and transition planning within the State's digital infrastructure. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit all questions by 11:59 a.m. Eastern on November 9, 2026, and full proposals must be submitted by 11:59 a.m. Eastern on December 4, 2026. The contract period will run for five years with an anticipated start date of February 1, 2027.
