City of Asheville Formal Bid Request for New Aluminum Sign Blanks and Materials

The City of Asheville Purchasing Division is soliciting sealed bids for sign blanks and sign materials. The selected vendor must provide all new, un-weathered, milled, rolled, and finished aluminum alloy signs or sign blanks that are free from buckles, crevices, warps, dents, corrosion, and other irregularities. Bids are restricted to onshore USA organizations, and all work performance will be offsite. All bids must be positively submitted on the provided forms. Sealed bids must be hand-delivered to the formal bid dropbox at City Hall or sent via UPS or FedEx by November 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM Local Time. Written requests for exceptions, questions, or clarifications are due no later than November 4, 2026, by 3:00 PM Local Time. Bids will be evaluated and awarded based on the lowest base price plus options of the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
