Dauphin County Solicitation for Offsite Supply of Office Products

Dauphin County needs a vendor to provide offsite office supplies, including file folders, accordion file pockets, hanging file folders, insertable ring book indexes, and mini correction tape dispensers. Bidders must be onshore USA organizations prepared to submit evidence of financial standing and a list of recently completed similar work. Bidders must upload a completed Proposal Form-Signature Page and a certified good faith check or bid bond of at least 10% of the bid amount. All inquiries must be submitted electronically via PennBid no later than November 16, 2026, and all bid submissions must be submitted electronically through the PennBid Program. The successful bidder will arrange deliveries with the Dauphin County Purchasing Department and include all delivery charges in the bid figures. Payment will occur within 30 days of invoice receipt following inspection and acceptance.
