Design Services for the 4th Ave and 6th Ave Brooklyn Line Bundles

The government authority in New York, NY seeks a consultant firm to provide design services for two Design-Build bundled projects under the Infrastructure Business Unit, specifically the 4th Ave and 6th Ave Brooklyn Line Bundles. The selected consultant will develop, design, and support the procurement of these bundled projects, which are scheduled for award between 2026 and 2029. All performance of the work must take place onsite. Only USA-based organizations operating onshore are eligible to bid. Interested vendors must be registered, active vendors with the System for Award Management (SAM) and hold an MTA Bidder/Supplier ID.
