The South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (TransLink) requires a General Contractor to provide constructability advisor services for the new South of Fraser Yard vehicle maintenance and storage facility. The selected advisor will review developing design packages produced by a separate technical advisor, evaluate construction sequencing, test staged build-outs, and produce a final Constructability Report. Services will be performed offsite, and design work is explicitly excluded from this scope. Eligibility is restricted to Canadian onshore organizations. The initial contract term runs from February 2027 to April 30, 2028, with two optional 12-month extensions, priced on hourly rates drawn against an upset limit.
