Agri HR Toolkit Content Development and Update Service

The Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council (CAHRC) seeks a qualified consultant, organization, or team to review, update, and reorganize its AgriHR Toolkit. The selected contractor will review existing content, identify gaps, update resources, and develop new HR tools tailored for Canadian agricultural employers. The work will be performed offsite from December 15, 2026, to March 15, 2027. Eligibility is limited to Canadian onshore organizations. Teams must include at least one member with five years of relevant experience, demonstrate knowledge of the agriculture sector, and include three client references. Proposals must be submitted in PDF format via email to [email protected], limited to 10 pages excluding CVs, and outline any intended use of AI. The project budget is $20,000 CAD, exclusive of applicable taxes. Evaluation will assess criteria including understanding of requirements, deliverables, experience, and cost.
