University of South Carolina Trademark and Licensing Exclusive Agent Services

The University of South Carolina Beaufort and Aiken Campuses require an exclusive agent to provide trademark licensing and brand management services. The selected contractor will handle licensing administration, royalty collection, trademark protection and enforcement, and merchandise program development. Additional responsibilities include actively engaging new licensed vendors, expanding retail product offerings, and supplying a web-based, digitally interactive platform for artwork reviews, royalty tracking, and vendor monitoring. Performance of work must occur offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and offshore contracting is prohibited. Vendors may submit proposals online via the specified URL or by hard copy with a USB drive; emailed submissions are strictly prohibited. The question deadline and the non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference are both scheduled for November 10, 2026. Submissions are due by December 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST. The resulting contract term will be five years, and the university is currently seeking proposals for budget consideration.
