Mobile Medical Outreach Vehicle Services for University of Kansas Medical Center

The University of Kansas Medical Center requires offsite mobile medical outreach vehicle services. The selected vendor must provide comprehensive vehicle components and systems, including electrical, plumbing, levellers, engine, environmental controls, appliances, communications, vehicle tracking, and navigation. Eligible bidders are restricted to USA-based onshore organizations performing the work from their own office premises. Applicants must submit questions no later than November 4, 2026. Proposals must be submitted by email to Hayley Unke-Moore at [email protected] before the specified closing date and time, and must include the signed Request for Proposal document. Offered discounts will be evaluated in determining the low bid, and tied bids will be awarded to a Kansas bidder.
