Unified School District No. 501 Procurement of Used Mini-Van for Quincy Elementary School

Topeka Public Schools, Unified School District No. 501, is seeking proposals for a used mini-van or equivalent for Quincy Elementary School. The required vehicle must be a 2021 or newer model with a 6-cylinder engine, 8-passenger seating, front-wheel or all-wheel drive, a mileage cap of 35,000 miles or less, gas or hybrid capability, and include four sets of keys. Eligibility is restricted to USA onshore organizations, and work must be performed onsite in Topeka, Kansas. All questions must be submitted by October 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM CST. Offers are due by November 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST and can be submitted online via Public Purchase or delivered by mail or hand to the District's Purchasing Services office. Submittals must include a transmittal letter, cost proposal, proof of insurance, signature page, and required certifications. Bids will be evaluated based on price, product quality, delivery time, and the vendor's capability, experience, and past performance.
