St. Lucie County is soliciting qualification statements for professional engineering services to conduct a Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study. The selected consultant will perform the study for the future widening of Edwards Road from S. Jenkins Road to Selvitz Road in compliance with FDOT procedures and Federal National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements. The vendor will perform the work offsite at their own office premises. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Interested applicants must submit their responses by December 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. The solicitation does not require a bid bond or mandatory pre-bid conference, and eBidding is not available.
