St. John the Baptist Parish Grants Management Development Services

St. John the Baptist Parish requires grants management development services for the Office of Community Development's Resilient Communities Infrastructure Program. The required scope includes grant application assistance, project implementation, financial management, procurement, environmental review coordination, labor standards administration, civil rights compliance, reporting, monitoring, recordkeeping, and grant closeout.
