Public Housing Repositioning Legal Services for Contra Costa Housing Authority

The Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa (HACCC) seeks non-litigation real estate development counsel to provide public housing repositioning legal services in Martinez, CA. The selected vendor will assist with converting public housing, engaging developers, executing agreements, handling property acquisitions and dispositions, examining title reports, establishing special purpose entities, and reviewing debt and equity financing documents.
