Dutchess County Solicitation for On-Call Sign Fabrication, Installation, and Repair Services

The County of Dutchess is requesting bids for on-call sign fabrication, installation, and repair services. The requested scope includes fabricating interior, exterior, and ADA-compliant signage, installing new signage, post, and mounting hardware, and performing repairs, replacements, custom vinyl lettering, window film services, and emergency on-call repairs. Eligible onshore USA vendors must pay prevailing wages in compliance with New York State Labor Law. Bidders must submit one original hard copy and one digital PDF copy on a USB drive to the Division of Central Services by 2:00 pm on November 17, 2026. Submissions must include a signed Statement of Understanding of Indemnification and Insurance Requirements and a completed Certificate of References. Awards will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or bidders based on the lowest two-year grand total of all labor rates, with consideration given to material percentages over cost. The resulting contract term will last for two years, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum contract amounts.
