Website Development, Maintenance, and Refinement Services for City Web Systems

The buyer requires vendor services for website development, maintenance, and refinement. The selected vendor will maintain and improve the existing website, enhance search and user experience through AI-assisted tools, build user account personalization features, and manage data integration with the City's Open Data Portal. Additional tasks include verifying baseline data, conducting direct outreach, and performing ongoing data updates. Work performance will occur offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. Proposals must be submitted for the two-year contract period, and all questions are due no later than November 6, 2026. The budget is open for proposal submission.
