High Resolution Aerial Photography and Geospatial Data Products Supplies

The County of Rockland Department of General Services Purchasing Division is seeking proposals to provide high-resolution aerial photography and geospatial data products. The selected firm must acquire cloud-free, natural color orthophotography and oblique aerial imagery covering approximately 176 square miles at a minimum ground sample distance of 3 inches during optimal, leaf-off conditions. Deliverables include a seamless, digital orthorectified imagery product for GIS visualization and analysis, as well as complete FGDC-compliant metadata detailing acquisition and processing specifications. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA vendors, and performance must occur onsite. Bidders must submit questions in writing via email to [email protected] by November 6, 2026. A virtual pre-proposal meeting takes place on October 29, 2026, at 10:30 am. Vendors can submit proposals digitally via email or online through the Bonfire Portal by November 23, 2026, at 3:00 pm local time. The resulting contract spans a five-year term.
