The buyer seeks professional ScriptLink and web services development, maintenance, and support for its web-based Netsmart myAvatar NX electronic health record system. The selected vendor will design, test, implement, and maintain custom scripts and web services offsite to support system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical consultation for enhancement requests. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Applicants must submit one original hard copy signed in ink, five hard copies, and one USB drive containing the proposal in PDF or Word format in a sealed package by December 3, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. CST. Required submission documents include a pricing schedule, proof of insurability, a signed signature page, a conflict of interest statement, and a proposal checklist. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 5, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by November 10, 2026. The resulting contract will carry a term of three years.
