Qualified Residential Treatment Program Services for Mississippi Gulf Coast Therapeutic Continuum Campus

The Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services requires a vendor to provide Qualified Residential Treatment Program services for the Mississippi Gulf Coast Therapeutic Continuum Campus. The selected offeror must deliver trauma-informed residential care, behavioral health treatment, nursing services, educational coordination, workforce development, transition-age youth support, family engagement, and aftercare in the least restrictive, clinically appropriate setting. USA-based organizations are eligible to apply offsite. Applicants must submit questions by November 9, 2026, and deliver proposals to the closing location in Jackson, MS, by November 24, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. CST. The evaluation panel will score proposals based on cost factors (35 points), management factors (30 points), technical factors (30 points), and licensure/accreditation factors (5 points). The resulting contract term will last seven years, and offerors must submit per person per diem rates and startup costs using Attachment N.
