Kent County Request for Quotations for Annual Printed Envelopes Service

The Kent County Purchasing Division is soliciting quotations for its annual printed envelope order, comprising roughly 6,86,650 copies across various styles and sizes. The selected vendor must quote on all listed items and provide offsite printing, standard packaging, setup, copy changes, and delivery to approximately sixteen department locations for the 2027 calendar year. Only USA-based onshore organizations are eligible to participate. Respondents must submit three references of current or past customers, excluding Kent County.
