Town of High Level Climate Adaptation Strategy and Asset Management Services

The Town of High Level seeks proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a Climate Adaptation Strategy and provide recommendations for integrating climate adaptation into the Town's Asset Management Strategy. The scope of work includes reviewing existing asset inventory information, integrating natural asset considerations, conducting community engagement, completing a climate risk and vulnerability assessment, and developing recommendations for the town's asset management framework. Only Canadian onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Work will be performed offsite, and proposals must be submitted electronically via email in two separate PDF documents (a Technical Proposal under 30 pages and a Cost Proposal). All questions must be submitted in writing by November 13, 2026, and final proposals are due by November 27, 2026, at 4:30 PM MT. The project operates under a maximum budget of $87,500 CAD, excluding GST, with proposals evaluated based on relevant experience (20%) and cost (10%).
