The buyer is seeking a modern, integrated, cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) Software-as-a-Service system to support its organization's people and culture functions. The scope of work includes offsite performance covering employee data management, workforce planning, compensation, talent acquisition, time and leave management, data migration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance over a multi-year pricing structure. Only Canadian organizations performing work onshore are eligible to submit proposals. Responses can be submitted digitally via email or online, and all vendor questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026. Bidders must respond to all items in the Pricing and Requirements Matrix, including specific commercial models, discounts for non-profit organizations, and functional requirements.
