Architect and Engineering Services for Tarleton State University

Tarleton State University is seeking proposals for professional architect and engineering services on an as-needed basis in Stephenville, TX. The selected vendor will execute a five-year contract to perform onsite work. Eligibility is limited to onshore US organizations. Submissions must include a signed Execution of Offer, Completed Proposal Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, pricing, demonstrated qualifications, company background, and at least three operational references. A VetHUB Subcontracting Plan is required, and vendors must maintain specified insurance coverage upon award. Questions must be submitted by November 5, 2026. Proposals are due before 2:00 PM Central Time on November 23, 2026.
