Operation, Management, Commercialization, and Maintenance of Virginia Tech Distributed Antenna System

Virginia Tech requires a strategic partner for the operation, management, commercialization, maintenance, and monetization of its existing Distributed Antenna System (DAS) infrastructure over a ten-year contract term. The vendor must provide carrier-agnostic mobile connectivity across agency facilities, support a partnership-funded infrastructure model, and manage network monitoring, optimization, preventative maintenance, and campus operations. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to bid, and the work must be performed onsite in Virginia. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 3, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026. Applicants must submit their proposals digitally via email or online by December 1, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. Offerors must include service level agreements addressing resolution times, availability during high-density periods, and operational reporting capability.
