ISO/IEC 42001:2023 AI Management System Certification Readiness Project Services

The Canadian Institute for Health Information requires a vendor to provide AI management system certification readiness project services. The vendor will support the buyer in establishing, implementing, maintaining, and achieving ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for its organizational and AI management system. Key deliverables include documented policies, processes, controls, evidence of conformity, and organizational readiness for an independent certification audit. Services will be performed offsite and must leverage existing processes while maintaining alignment with PHIPA and ISO 27001:2022. Only Canadian onshore organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must confirm whether services will be provided by their own employees or through subcontractors. Proposals must be submitted digitally via Email or Online through the Euna platform by November 4, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET. Submissions must include a completed Pricing Schedule and any requested amendments to the CIHI Services Agreement. The question submission deadline was October 23, 2026. Non-binding pricing will be assessed during evaluation, alongside the nature and extent of any requested legal deviations.
