Cloud-Based SaaS Transportation Software Solution for Cumberland County DSS Re-Bid

Cumberland County Innovation and Technology Services is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) transportation software solution to support the Department of Social Services transportation division. The selected vendor must deliver a secure platform that automates billing, compliance tracking, and reporting, while streamlining scheduling, dispatch, and routing. The platform must also collect metrics such as on-time performance and satisfy federal, state, and local regulations including HIPAA, ADA Compliance, and WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work.
