Cloud-based Enterprise Content Library Software

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) seeks proposals for a cloud-based or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) enterprise content library and associated services. The selected vendor must provide a defined population of licensed OLG employees access to a broad, professionally produced, and regularly refreshed learning content library that integrates into Workday Learning through single sign-on. Only onshore Canadian organizations may bid, and the vendor must perform the work offsite at its own premises. Bidders must submit proposals electronically by December 1, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST, and submit questions by November 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. The contract term runs from October 28, 2027, to October 27, 2037.
