Deferred Compensation Plan Services for The MetroHealth System 457(b) Plan

The MetroHealth System is seeking proposals for a deferred compensation plan provider for its Governmental 457(b) Plan. The selected vendor will deliver offsite deferred compensation plan services, including core recordkeeping, print and digital communications, and on-site or virtual education and advice meetings. The preliminary screening phase will evaluate respondents on their capability to offer high-quality services at a reasonable expense. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Proposals must be submitted via the same website between the opening on October 26, 2026, at 8:00 AM ET and the closing deadline of November 29, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET. Submitted pricing must detail estimated all-in fees, expenses, and a blended hourly rate, while accommodating a 60-day written termination clause.
