The University of Lethbridge is seeking proposals from qualified Canadian organizations to develop an Energy Management Plan and Deep Retrofit Plan. The selected contractor must assess existing campus energy consumption, utility costs, and electrical capacities, build an ASHRAE Guideline 14 energy model, perform benchmarking against other higher education institutions, and deliver a detailed energy management roadmap and prioritized multi-year action plan. Work will be performed offsite, though facility walk-throughs may be set up in advance as required. Only Canadian organizations providing onshore performance are eligible to bid. Proposals can be submitted digitally via email or online, and must include completed Schedules C, C-2, C-4, and C-5, a title page, a project understanding narrative, methodology, and documentation of experience from at least three relevant projects. Questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated based on the written responses, financial submissions in Schedule C-5, and experience, reputation, and resources, which accounts for 20% of the evaluation.
