Saskatchewan School Boards Association Request for Proposals for Senior Legal Consulting Services

The Saskatchewan School Boards Association (SSBA) seeks proposals from qualified law firms to provide senior legal consulting and advisory services to supplement its in-house legal team. The contracted firm will deliver senior-level expertise, external legal opinions, additional capacity for complex matters, and lead counsel representation across legal areas such as administrative law, dispute resolution, insurance, governance, and human rights. Eligible proponents must be onshore in Canada to perform the work offsite for a one-year contract term. Proponents must submit written questions by November 4, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically via email by 12:00 noon CST on November 20, 2026, including an Excel version of Appendix B – Pricing Form, completed submission and reference forms, and proof of required insurance. Evaluation criteria consist of experience and qualifications (40 points), pricing (35 points), interviews or presentations (15 points), references (5 points), and added value (5 points).
