Columbus Department of Fire & Emergency Medical Services Promotional Procedure Administration Services

The Columbus Consolidated Government Purchasing Division invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for promotional procedure administration services for the Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services on an as-needed basis. Eligible USA onshore vendors must submit their digital proposals electronically through OpenBids as a single PDF file. The submission deadline is December 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern. Applicants must include a written technical narrative, cost proposal, Client Work History listing at least five past clients, mandatory affidavits, contract signature page, proof of insurance, Form W-9, and a business license. An evaluation committee will score all proposals, conduct discussions if necessary, and recommend an award to the responsible offeror offering the most advantageous proposal to the City based on cost and specified evaluation criteria. The contract term is for five years with an option to renew for an additional five years.
