Domain Name System, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol and IP Address Management Solution

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a Domain Name System, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, and IP Address Management solution. This solution must support cloud environments hosted through public, private, or hybrid cloud providers, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. The agency requires an integrated environment that combines on-premises infrastructure with these cloud platforms. The requested system must allow internal Domain Name System updates by Microsoft Active Directory Domain controllers and perform malicious Domain Name System filtering with custom block and allow lists. The Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol component must support custom options per scope and allow the overriding of inheritance on individual scopes. The agency also requires full application programming interface integration for additions, deletions, and changes. The solution must integrate with security information and event management platforms, specifically Graylog, and provide real-time log streaming and alerting. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite, and the resulting contract will run for a period of one year.
