Learning Management System

The agency is seeking a supplier to provide, implement, and operate a cloud-delivered Software as a Service Learning Management System to support a higher-education institution. This system must support instruction for online, hybrid, and face-to-face formats while handling a minimum of 7,000 annual course shells. The agency needs to solve challenges related to instructional delivery, student engagement, assessment, accessibility, institutional integrations, and ongoing compliance. The scope of work requires improving the teaching and learning experience through an intuitive, mobile-friendly interface with clear navigation, improved communication, and self-service capabilities. The agency also aims to reduce time spent on routine tasks associated with course development and delivery while leveraging robust analytics to track learning engagement and system usage. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will be for one year.
