Environmental Modifications Services

The Oregon Department of Human Services in Salem, Oregon is seeking a vendor to perform environmental modifications for consumers in their homes. The agency is trying to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of these individuals while enabling them to achieve greater independence. The scope of work covers physical adaptations made to the interior or exterior of a residence occupied by the consumer. The agency requires that the selected vendor be an onshore, United States-based organization. All performance of the work will take place offsite at the residences of the consumers. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit or key procurement dates in the initial solicitation.
