EMS Data Reporting System

The agency is seeking an Internet-based, Software-as-a-Service Emergency Medical Services information system to collect data on each electronic Patient Care Record made within the state. This system must utilize the latest National EMS Information System standard and accept data through both a web-based data entry tool and a file import process. The agency needs this platform to evaluate EMS patient care, monitor system performance, and track EMS Core Performance Measures. The scope of work also requires a data analytics and situational awareness platform capable of ingesting, processing, and visualizing statewide EMS data alongside other relevant public health or emergency response datasets. Bidders must perform all work offsite, and eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to cover a contract period of seven years. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
