Cloud-Based Student Engagement Platform

The agency is seeking a cloud-based, digital student engagement platform to improve enrollment management, student success, retention, completion, communication, and accountability. The project covers data access and upload, data discovery and mapping, data migration, and the development of data science models. The selected vendor must also provide initial delivery and refinement of data science insights, periodic refreshes of data, deployment of an insight application for college administrators, and a campus-wide integration plan for action applications. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will run for one year. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on June 11, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 12, 2026.
